Mark Tree Semillon / Chardonnay / Sauvignon - South Eastern Australia Small £4.30 Large £6.25 Bottle £16.25 A wine with cool fruit aromas from the Sauvignon Blanc and richness and weight on the palate from the Semillon. Fresh and ripe tropical fruit and aromatic peach fruit flavours combined on the palate.

In the mouth, it has a medium body, with rounded tannins, combining its lovely fruitiness with interesting notes of pepper and bitter chocolate.

Battle of Bosworth Shiraz McLaren Vale Bottle £25.50 With a rich nose of plums and spice, this Shiraz is also possessed of a certain earthiness, which when combined with notes of liquorice, cloves, leather and excellent oak makes for a delicious, well-balanced wine. The palate is soft and juice, though the structure robust.
Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee du la Presedente Rhone - France Bottle £32.00 The average age of the vines that produce this wonderful wine is 36 years old. On the palate the wine has fruity overtones of cassis and spice with well integrated tannins.
Nuits St George Louis Latour Burgundy Bottle £32.50 An intense, deeply coloured wine, showing pronounced, complex fruit of cherries, blackcurrants and violets, with truffles and spice. Subtle integrated oak flavours on the palate with peppery notes, this wine is medium Bodied, concentrated and admirably long on the finish.
