This distinctive Cava based in the Ampurdan region of northern Spain where wine has been produced in the small village of Peralada since the 5th century A.D. Using the "Method Tradicional" Castillo Peralada is wine of great finesse whch should not be confused with cheaper bulk Cava's found in some supermarkets.
